Benedictine Cucumber Spread
INGREDIENTS
1/2 large cucumber
6-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/2 tablespoon grated onion
1/8 tsp salt
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
pinch cayenne pepper
DIRECTIONS
Pare, grate and drain cucumber and onion.
Combine with remaining ingredients.
Mix well with fork until creamy.
Notes:
Great with crackers, vegetables, bagel chips, etc.
